The Wachusett Garden Club and Princeton Arts
are having a new collaborative program on Saturday, June 20: a garden and art studio tour.
This program combines the beauty of both mediums. Gardens will be on display,
with some having local artists doing Plein Air (open air) painting. The art studio tours include a variety of art genres: water colors, oils, pottery, stained glass and jewelry, plus the gardens which serve as inspiration.
Art and plants will be available for purchase at many locations.
The 7 featured properties in Princeton are open for the tours from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the 20th.
It is a rain or shine event.
This exciting program is free and open to anyone. Details of the properties with addresses and a map of locations are available at the links listed below. There is no fixed order of visiting and you can choose to stop at all locations or a just a few. Please respect our hosts by not arriving before or after the tour hours.
Princeton Arts is celebrating its 35th year of operation and the Wachusett Garden Club was started 40 years ago!
Both organizations have collaborated for years with the garden club members providing floral arrangements to accompany the beautiful art works at Princeton Arts’ annual Spring Show.
