July 14th Presentation: Gardening Water Wisdom with Carol Rego
Our July program was a refreshing splash of good information!
On Tuesday, July 14, we gathered at the Norco Sportsman Club in Princeton, where Carol Rego from the Massachusetts Master Gardener Association shared her expertise on “Gardening Water Wisdom: Save Water, the Environment and Money.”
With drought conditions continuing, this timely program gave us plenty to think about when it came to choosing the right plants and using smart water-management practices. After all a little water wisdom can go a long way toward helping our gardens—and our wallets—thrive!
The evening started with a fun social hour, complete with snacks to share and plenty of time to catch up with fellow gardeners. The program followed, and members and non-members alike were welcomed to join in the fun.
Cheers to gardening, good company, and saving a little water along the way!
